England crush Sweden 4-0 to reach Euro 2025 final

Lionesses roar into Wembley showpiece

England are through to the European Championship final after a stunning 4-0 victory over Sweden in Sheffield.

The Lionesses, who dropped two points in a below-par performance against Austria in their opening game, were in rampant form against the Swedes, who had won their previous two matches at Euro 2025.

Beth Mead and Lucy Bronze put England 2-0 up at the break, with Alessia Russo and Ella Toone adding further goals in the second half.

The victory means England are into their first major women's tournament final since 2009, when they lost to Germany in the final of the European Championship.
